The Mbonu administration will provide vouchers to students that can be used to pay for an education at a brick and mortar school. Schools will compete against each other to attract students through this voucher program. In this manner of competition good schools will succeed and bad schools will fail. Vouchers can be used at religious based schools that meet national minimum standards.
